This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…
If you know you got that entrepreneurial bug, count it as a blessing that’ll buy you your freedom from the shackles of a dead-end job, or some 9-5 cubicle life.
I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was a lot more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days around the streets with all the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle like you are in short supply of time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” i experience myself - is developing a feeling of urgency and gathering i believe the worst thing that may happen easily don’t have this shit done.
The harder intensity you can have within yourself, your company that pressure drives you to definitely either notice a level of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel to the hustling power.
To persistence, your level of persistence when shit doesn’t workout will determine how far you're going, there's really absolutely no way you are able to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x greater than i have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to tell how frequently you fail, but i’ll tell you now every single successful entrepreneur i've met failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more income compared to they usually make…
Hustling needs to be part of your daily life, i was very blessed but still am to become surrounded by those who have supported me, that has also increased me believing in myself more. Once i had been talking to a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s an issue) and that i remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and that i could sense in himself which he believes with what i’m doing. (During those times, i had not even met him in person!)

Obtaining the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you are doing what's right, in the correct time.
Attaining success is not always easy, specially when you are new and beginning, it takes plenty of dedication, focus, attention and you should be a person that is centered on self growth. Sometimes Doubly harder on myself, in my mind then i do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is more important than just the method that you do it, mindset contributes to having a strategic mindset where you can harness your unique ability to create maximum results.
Success is a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster but yet most people won't ever have it, well you may do, cos you are reading my damn post.

After i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally found started in this industry i had more setbacks than a lot of people, i'd dropped outta university within my final year, friends and family laughing at the fact i would like to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 worth of debt while i bought into a $20k multi-level marketing program and then went on a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determine your ability to succeed as it means you won't give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
The first 6 figures is going to be tough. Your first 7 figures will probably be tough. The first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm heading for now, however i have a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. A number of my challenges i face are just so damn ridiculous, and i also know most average people wouldn't be also in a position to realize it, but i have a compelling “Why” along with a vision that gets me thru the cruel times. Make sure to have your own personal compelling future that may drive you forward even if you think all just isn't exercising.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t help make your life perfect. What an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, sometimes when i do live events and individuals reach me, instantly they place me over a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m being a God to him. * i desired to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on a pedestal. That which you put on a pedestal is definitely likely to be unrealistic.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Just because individuals have a lot of things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they may be said to be wear something out of this world, they may be still in this world, and it’s feasible for you as well. After i meet immensely successful people i then just know if i would like what they've, i simply gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that event is only a journey, your vacation, my journey, everyone is on a journey, i respect everyone, not only a millionaire or a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, or another MLM and it is wanting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the heart to step into the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they may be shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m exactly like my amazing maid which comes to the house using a beautiful smile to completely clean once per week, i just do something more important, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, everything that stuff.
You're going to become human, and that means you will usually have some shit not workout, personally last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My entire life just isn't dictated because when much money i make or even the need to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the ability to hand back - i would like to begin to build schools to support orphans, i actually do some such things as that, but it’s insufficient i want to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you're one of these this piece of wisdom may be bound to me for some time.
Provided that I'm learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I understand I’m in which I have to be.
Cash is just one element of one’s life and yes, it’s important - but not the most crucial, well that’s debatable based on your personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Concentrate on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes you will be lead longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success is not something you just get up and obtain, it’s something you need to work your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they suffer from obligations and therefore are usually broke and in short supply of money, which leads to a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to achieve momentum, but don't forget i have spent more cash by myself education to master a few things i do compared to the average person will most likely earn inside a lifetime.
This can be one of the biggest killers of success and i am accountable for it too, now i recently don’t do just about anything else basically can’t commit 90+ days to it.
Lesson 4 : The ability of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin making a lot of money when you get momentum - yes, more money than you ever made before….
More money than all of your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - once you do that, or must i say prior to deciding to do this, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always know the distinction between Gross, Net and how much you can re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone up to $200,000 monthly.
It’s scary, initially it's - then you definitely get accustomed to it - and also the only stuff that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a lot concerning this now.
There’s an art to getting Money and most importantly KEEPING IT. It’s simple to get the spending outta control, once you feel like you possess an unlimited budget, and you're untouchable.
Yes, i actually considered that for a time. Making more millions than in the past, i thought i possibly could just lay on my ass for six months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the two dirty sabotages of success…
I thought i’d never get lazy, and i did and it cost me thousands and thousands of dollars in cash.
How unaware of me. *SLAPS MYSELF*
Also it fucking hurt, yes it did - i felt sick to my stomach, i'd felt robbed not since i spent a lot, but additional circumstances which were at play….
Luckily i've a mind will process certain things very fast, like setbacks and challenges, and within a day, i was over it. Gratitude opens one's heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me.
So that’s a few things i do really to help keep me grounded. If you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.
Unsure, why i’m sitting here smiling at scripting this lol, probably cos what i’m going to say next…
I had just found out i just was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff i've not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i also don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i have not a clue why i used to be spending that, or how it accumulated up to now, after Six months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i got slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting because it kinda defies the point of why i’m running a business, however i begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now things are changing
It adds up and could be detrimental to ones success, one time i was a new and i also had made my first six figures - the first a couple of years the money i had made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll make this back plus more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i also understand how to market.
Still, one year later used to do like a million bucks in sales.
All in all, i'm still learning about keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Build A Team Of A-Players & Get An accountant los angeles
That reminds me, on the topic of getting money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you have to often be considering your numbers, every single day - many times per day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team gives you freedom, but additionally lots of damn headache, stress, worry, problems when they aren’t the proper person of course, if you aren’t the best type of person to control them.
Ultimately Delegation may be certainly one of my biggest tips for success, on the typical day i'd spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.

But i’m alive, i have the ability to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and incredibly everyday above ground is success personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Develop a Personality That’ll Provide you with Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
A growing number of i’m simply because the Internet Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal with all of this social networking stuff, you can have the energy to create your own personal tribe (more because a bit later)
Make use of personality to improve online conversions, to draw in like minded people, to cultivate your own personal tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.
Atart exercising . personality - learn who to share with stories, if you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, if you have crooked teeth, then get the teeth fixed, if you are boring, learn how to be intriguing and being Thinking about others.
These are all items of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people begin and get noticed of the profession, well i did before once i taken notice of other people, lol, now i truly don’t much. My attention remains safe and secure and so i stay focused on who i want / have to serve.
As a personality online is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with individuals is magical, be it offline or online, practice being PRESENT as well as in the minute which means - get off the damn Facebook and social media marketing and acquire practising being present, the best relationships which i have built and continue building is really because i'm always as being a TED instead of a THING (thanks to Jesse Elder for teaching this piece of wisdom if you ask me!)
Focus on being considering others, than just trying to be intriguing and give your attention, presence and to others when you communicate, it’s hard, but very worth it, specifically if you have a big ego. just FYI

Put around you people you would like to end up like. This might be the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you then become the common with the 5 people you have.
Here is the fastest way to start getting the results you would like, at this time i've a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which are doing pretty well for their own reasons.
I want a small business like theirs - therefore i surround myself with them. I want to avoid costly mistakes, and so i surround myself using them.
Whenever you think that you might be hitting a roadblock, work with a mentor, a coach, a consultant, i’ve been doing this shit for soo several years, it blows my head - that many people don’t do it.
This can be certainly one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply purchase shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know that” - well should you did, then why aren’t you in which you wish to be…
You’ll always be learning, and so i embrace this along time ago. Rather than going thru courses and programs and training (that i still do btw) i have found owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
Then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Spend time alone. Spend some time in solitude allows you to reboot/restart your brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO much time alone, i don’t find lots of people accomplish that. When i’m alone i'd often walk as much as random strangers, usually elderly people and speak to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to give me.
It makes life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t lengthy mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without distractions provides you with the opportunity clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this website post is taking me like Three hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone is a beautiful thing very few people understand. I understand must be lot of people will always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since I travel the world 90% of that time period on my own, i can meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any time and so i don’t must be lonely easily don’t desire to.
And incredibly i love my own, personal company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending some time alone, having a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, no less than personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
Time passes Mosque around i will, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - during my college accommodation.
However i always invest some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i always do spend time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on
I realised spending time alone, i get to really hone in my clear thinking in manners that we don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and spend time by myself.
Or maybe that’s my excuse for going to a different country on a monthly basis. lol.
Purchase a simple or even a fancy journal with a fancy pen, go spend some $50 on the pen and be proud of writing about your lifetime, your challenges, your primary goal, visions, and dreams. An existence worth living is really a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Purchasing Your Mind
You don’t must be incredibly smart to do this, although i proclaim to my little brother as i’m a GENIUS, you actually don’t have to be super smart or hav university degrees, i mean take a look at me - i dropped outta university now i run a multi million dollar business, with that being said - i'm a student and i also remember my buddy Mike Dillard founder, elevation group proclaiming that the most successful individuals the planet will be the those who invest on their own.

I never keep back in buying myself.
I have met some super-uber smart somebody that has got the best bargain in the corporate world but, they don’t own their greatness in terms of a web business, often getting overwhelmed, quitting too rapidly and never staying the program up until the end.
You will find endless stories of folks that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study from them, grow from them, buy their stuff, head to their events, spend more time with them.

Using a well toned self esteem increases your ability to go forward, fail fast, whilst advertising online, you know internally you are the man and also you don’t need anyone’s validation or approval.
Naturally the harder results you obtain, the harder confidence you're going to get in your abilities, inside your communication, your posture and how you carry yourself.
However, you must have it in your thoughts ALREADY and live confidently to draw in what you want.
I really couldn’t provide a toss what anyone thinks about me, they do their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
But these are simply people and that i appreciate, respect the things they're doing and where they may be at, but this don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. Whenever you result from that place in which you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of who you are without every one of the “stuff”….
Then you turn into a little magical ball of awesomeness.
When i started deciding that i will do a few things i want on this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more cash for services than someone else, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped lots of people have more results than with whatever else.
Probably the most successful people i am aware also have the most amount of self confidence, self esteem - you like your hair a lot leads to self esteem which ends up in someone taking more action after which believing on their own and then
If you are aligned together with your highest values you're confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people into your life who have their shit together.
Be it, develop it, live it and inspire others along with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire Merely a Players, that old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is exactly what you have to live by.
I have probably made more mistakes than i will count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring exactly the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself as well as the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as soon as you, give them time, nurture them that assist them grow and when it’s time - then you can grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although we have generated huge amounts of money in this sell for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring a bad people. I've suffered from a variety of anxiety, craziness, worry due to the wrong people who we have hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than just Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, i mean i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years having a very small team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to get to stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to aid you in getting to stage 2. This was hard to get, men and women not grow as fast as you, plus you've got to become happy with that, you gotta be comfortable with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
On the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and become within the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

I welcome criticism / feedback, nevertheless it never affects me, people see the world as they are less the world since it is.
My industry, the tiny Internet Marketing / Network Marketing / Home based business Industry absolutely rocks, it can help people become real self improvement powerhouses and if anyone really sticks by using it, it has the possibility to help people make millions of dollars.
Oh and yes, its immensely profitable and this allows you to produce a true a second income should you actually do the task properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists using the multilevel marketing arena.
so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home based business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i transformation multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one business opportunity that more and more people talked recorded on.

But, back to the stupid individuals with stupid views….

I acquired into this industry and then made my first million because space, i went on to generate millions more OUTSIDE of this space, so again systems work, people fail.
Once i was obviously a newbie and i’d follow these so named Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home businesses and such, it could create so much controversy inside of me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t might like to do anything because i felt what will my buddies consider me and what will those big marketers think about me…
I then basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do things i want
And that’s once i became a millionaire.
I’d just take them out from my life, now i ignore them - mainly really because their words haven't any impact or no value in my experience.
AKA i couldn’t provide a shit about the subject.
Each to their personal, and that i respect everyone - i’ll always love your home business industry, in case you are in it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn the things which Top Earners are doing and you'll reap the rewards of your greatest dreams.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection With the Just one Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they shell out the dough.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i think i’m much better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time so much, where i don’t prefer to waste it on anything that doesn’t fulfil me.

I respect time a good deal and i also expect everyone else to do this, all things considered it’s the one thing i can’t manage to buy really!

I never will probably be one of those people that says, oh i should have spent more hours with my children. After travelling alot, i’ve seen most people just aren’t in “touch” making use of their families, their siblings therefore i designed a very conscious decision to generally be dedicated to be around my children, serve them well. I’m very grateful for the kids.
Even without much nowadays, my family provides me with a lot richness and joy.
